Hi Jess, thanks for your message, and sorry for the delayed response. I recommend using something like First Aid to help you identify what is relevant (granted, it won’t actually TEACH you the important concepts – you’ll have to do that separately). I’m a first-year medical student, nontraditional student with a background in yoga and wellness. I’m struggling to find a good study routine to balance making good enough grades in class. And also, how do we figure out what’s board-relevant? I’m using your Step 1 Anki cards. So far very helpful with biochem studying. Anatomy is another thing altogether. I don’t know what I should be trying to learn long term. It’s so much material! Thanks for any insights.
